@bigbulldaddy they bought this at a 10x revenue because it had good margins.  That’s the multiple for something innovative with amazing IP.  There must be 10 similar products out there but this is cheaper.  There are several products coming on the market with their exact application and price. Overpaid.

Ah I see your point.  Yes space is saturated and Medicare is decreasing payments.  Veraflo is only reason to buy them.  It combos well with our products vs veraflo breaking down a biological.  This is synthetic.  Because SOLV owns vac space the assiumptiom is our reps will be able convert most surgeons to restrata away from other products.  This is a fair assumption our vac relationships are no joke.  Getting one under a billion while getting rid of purification seems smart.  Pay off some debt so a buy back.  I’m actually very critical and don’t hate what they are doing.

@bigbulldaddy vac relationships are very real.  They have minimal sales in outpatient and likely never will. In the inpatient everyone is going for that. I agree that they need an inpatient skin sub just why overpay ?

Because it’s the right one.  You can’t combo veraflo over every skin sub.  I’ve used veraflo over this product many times with great results.  

Being the right one makes it worth paying extra for.

Here’s an  issue I have with it though… I don’t think restrata and peel and place will work great together.  I’ve seen this mesh just sit under vac and not incorporate like I would expect.
