$WGHW So let&#39;s get this straight.    This is going to uplist to nasdaq at some point in next few weeks.    The company has 10M shares.  It just took over $HIMS business with $NVO, basically all of it.   It&#39;s profitable.   It&#39;s an old meme stock.   You cannot buy this at any broker that I know of - please comment below if there is a broker than you can buy this from.    Schwab, IB is closing only transactions so only like 5% of traders out there can actually buy this thing right now.   The rub was you had to buy this before the bankruptcy announcement.   If you did .40 and below, it&#39;s possible this hits $100 on the uplist and you make big money.   I think people who bought the old $WGHW at $1 can even make money.   Either way, just wait until this hits triple digits this year I will circle back later in 2025

, basically all of it.   It's profitable.   It's an old meme stock.   You cannot buy this at any broker that I know of - please comment below if there is a broker than you can buy this from.    Schwab, IB is closing only transactions so only like 5% of traders out there can actually buy this thing right now.   The rub was you had to buy this before the bankruptcy announcement.   If you did .40 and below, it's possible this hits $100 on the uplist and you make big money.   I think people who bought the old 

 at $1 can even make money.   Either way, just wait until this hits triple digits this year I will circle back later in 2025

@johnnydequino I am not so sure and beg to differ. It’s an old name with an outdated business model, struggling to compete with the new and more compelling names out there and their offering. First and foremost I think they have a branding issue. 

1/ declining consumer interest in weight management services, meaning interest in traditional diet and weight loss programs have seen big declines. 

2/ over reliance on digital subscriptions, monthly subscriptions are driving their model 

3/ profitability challenges offering digital and physical products, facing high operating costs due to their content creation, customer service and maintenance  

4/ limited market positioning and competitive pressures, brand erosion with consumers shifting to AI driven nutrition programs etc makes brand look outdated, failure to differentiate from other wellness platform through proprietary offerings in a meaningful way
