That’s almost certainly old inventory. The ITC ban stops Altria and NJOY from importing or selling new product, but retailers who already have stock on shelves can legally sell through what they have. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. As I mentioned in my other post, the ban runs until 2034-2037 unless Altria wins their constitutional challenge, which so far isn’t going well.  Their own countersuit against JUUL was dismissed. $CHUC $MO $BTI
