$LULU Chipotle is getting a buyout bid from starbucks. Starbucks executives are old chipotle executives who moved to starbucks and now buying the brand. Lulu is getting executives from $NIKE and both the womens have spent over 2 decades with $NIKE. Nike will put an offer to buy lulu at 15B which will be a 50% more than current price and then bidding might take it to 160-170levels. Thats all i expect now but $NIKE taking over lulu is kinda 100% sure now.

$LULU From mid 2020 to mid 2025 this company was valued over $300. Was Wall St correct with this valuation? Doesn't look like it. Now, after buying back ~15% of their shares since 2020, they are valued at $93. Is Wall St correct now or is it just going to the opposite extreme like usual. People saying they're dying yet they generate 10 times the revenue as Vuori, 5 times as much as Alo. No one is eating their lunch, although policy changes in the US have hurt them. I'm glad I didn't buy at $300 but have no problem buying here and watching them buy back close to 10% of their shares per year.

$LULU $DECK Burry took a beating on LULU. He will buy it back and try to recoup some of the losses, and surely LULU will eventually turn around somewhat (although I expect it to take 12-18 months for the new CEO to get real results). But perhaps the more interesting fact of today’s Burry news was his choice of Deckers Outdoor, the owner of Uggs and Hoka brands. DECK is my top conviction pick outside of tech right now. Buy it hand over fist.
