$SYTA Guys. I know most everyone just says stuff to sway investors, some blatantly slanderous, but look at the facts. 

Fact: signed a new partnership with tmobile which is bound to improve revenue. 

Fact: provides quality products to first responders and emergency personnel 

Fact:merger with proven revenue making company will increase valuation. 

Whether that helps the share price, idk, especially when everyone is panic selling. I personally see this move by the board as not ideal, they probably hoped their products and hardwork would be enough and this was attempt to boost share price for shareholders. 

Why trash the company or ceo? Unless you have specific examples just move along.
