$OCUL At the end of the day, if the "truth" wins out, OCUL will be $25 and KOD will fall to $20. Why? Axpaxli is clearly the superior drug and KOD manipulated its trial simply to show it's 'as good' as Aflibercept. People need to wake up.

$OCUL Keep this in mind as we go forward. The Superiority design trial was the PREFERED trial vs Non-inferiority in the 2023 FDA guidance. The confidentiality of the SPA creates an information gap. SOL-1's raw numbers are public, but the precise regulatory significance of those numbers isn't.... We don't know what the FDA actually agreed to that's contained in the SPA. You need to carefully listen to Dugel regarding his comments about the label. The FDA's eventual label is where that ambiguity gets resolved.

$OCUL I'm not sure what anyone is looking for here. This stock has been manipulated for years. If you are long, you've been here many times. The NDA filing and subsequent acceptance will speak for itself. They have the inside track with the FDA (fact). Once safety data clears it's going to move quickly. Daily stock price is not important and they aren't going alone. (Although understood it's uncomfortable) It's a $6 billion company easily once the NDA is approved. Period.

$OCUL This is getting old. Every time there is good news, the shorts find a way to spin it in a negative fashion. EYPT fail 1st trial and the stock goes up and the next few days sells off on maybe EYPT is not dead. Now EYPT fails trial 2 and OCUL drops because now they question TkI’s. Seriously! They are filling a NDA!

$OCUL NDA will be submitted in "a few weeks" Monday November 2nd is a good day. Acceptance by FDA not far behind. Approval by August next year. Book it! This is just another bump in the long road of a small biotech and this one is as good an opportunity you will ever find. 100,000 reasons I have not lost confidence and this one will be bought out before we get to August. Period.

$OCUL 1. A special protocol is in place. 2. A successful Phase 3 superiority trial has been conducted. 3. Two meetings with the FDA have taken place. 4. Funding is secured for the next two years, with the drug expected to become available in the second half of 2027. 5. A label expansion is planned—also under a special protocol—which could potentially triple the market for Helios 3 (based on comparisons against a placebo and a new rating scale). And I could go on. There’s glaucoma, as well as the technology itself, which is covered by patents running until 2044.

$OCUL Think of it this way folks. Axpaxli will be approved. They have showed outstanding durability and vision preservation in SOL-1. Big Pharma who wants to get in the game has a choice of KOD which MAY get you to 24 weeks 54% of the time or OCUL that gets you to 39 weeks 77% of the time. I believe you'll have your answer in Feb/Mar of 2027.

$OCUL We have the retinal TKI treatment market entirely to ourselves. Big Pharma is even more eager to acquire the technology.

$OCUL been a shareholder since before the IPO. Took a little profit over the years but dead money for most of this time. Probably should have been more active selling peaks and buying dips but it is what it is. So frustrating to see the confusion around SOL-1 data and the stock continuing to be depressed but I'm steady holding for things to finally go right. $OCUL exacrly what i expect. Shorts out in full panic mode force, but you cannot escape the inevitable. I expect excellent news 4Q and excellent profits. For all those who didn't buy the dip, thank you. I added at rock bottom prices.

$OCUL Just listened to Pravin. On schedule for Q4 NDA. All good. Not worried about KOD. In fact, questioned their lack of data to this point.

$OCUL Come on market! Ocul is offering a drug with superiority to the standard of care AND as a bonus, offers complete monopoly over the treatment using this novel combination of a TKI and release mechanism!

$OCUL informed buyers like big pharma know exactly what they are buying from a technical point of view. Ex: Sanofi rumoured bid was a stamp of approval on AXPAXLIs potential. Dugel was very intelligent to wait. The TKI monopoly offered to AXPAXLI today will certainly weigh heavily on Ocul valuation.

$OCUL EYPT done. Fired 1/2 their employees. Sucks. Feel bad, 😔 been on that side of the trade many times. Horrible feeling.
