Faraday Future Intelligent Electric is preparing for Middle East deliveries of its FX Super One at the end of October, following a series of regional engineering tests and U.S. safety milestones.Founder and Co-CEO YT Jia&nbsp;<a class="st-link-external" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://x.com/YTJiaFF/status/1970634534388375611">wrote on X</a> that the company initiated the homologation process for the Gulf region by testing the FX Super One’s HVAC system in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, to ensure it could perform effectively under the region’s extreme heat.&nbsp;The Gulf Cooperation Council requires vehicle air-conditioning to withstand temperatures above 115°F, which Jia called “the ultimate test of our technology.” Preliminary results are guiding the next phase of validation, he said.In August, Faraday said the FX Super One passed the first round of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) development tests for upper interior impact protection. The evaluations, conducted at the MGA Research facility in Michigan, measured head injury criteria in rollover scenarios using a Free Motion Head form. The company stated that the results were in line with expectations at this stage of development.Trial production is&nbsp;underway at Faraday’s Hanford, California, facility, where the company is verifying processes and training staff ahead of full-scale manufacturing. The FX Super One was unveiled in Los Angeles in July as Faraday’s first mass-market EV. The company stated that it secured more than 10,000 deposits for the model across both B2B and B2C channels.&nbsp;The vehicle will be available in multiple seating configurations, including four, six, and seven seats, and in both battery-electric and extended-range hybrid versions. All models include all-wheel drive.Faraday has highlighted cabin space and flexibility, with a 130-inch wheelbase and fold-flat seating. Cabin features include rear zero-gravity seats&nbsp;and widescreen displays with Dolby Atmos audio. It’s so juicy it almost doesn’t sound real.<img src="https://news.stocktwits-cdn.com/wealth_3_png_ec06264aed.webp" alt="wealth 3.png">Source: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.scp-rf.com/research">SCP Research</a>Oh, and they pay a $0.10 annual dividend, fully covered by earnings, with significant room to grow.To put that in context: while most juniors are raising capital just to survive, Mineros is spitting off enough cash to fund exploration, pay dividends, and weather any volatility in the gold price.That level of resilience is rare.Especially in a small-cap stock.<h3>Undervalued by Any Metric</h3>Mineros is now trading at just 0.25x NAV.That’s one of the steepest discounts in the entire gold sector.SCP has increased its NAV estimate by 53% to US$1.73 billion, and boosted its price target to C$5.00 per share, up from C$3.00.Let me put that into perspective.The stock is trading at C$2.30, and it’s fully funded, profitable, producing 200,000+ ounces a year, and yielding 30% FCF.If this isn’t a re-rate waiting to happen, I don’t know what is.<img src="https://news.stocktwits-cdn.com/wealth_4_png_2679bc3107.webp" alt="wealth 4.png">Mineros SA (TSX: MSA) one-year stock chart. (as of writing)But let’s be real: no one’s buying Dolly for a 10% swing…The upside here is significantly larger, and it starts with the ground they own.<h3>A Monster Land Package in the Golden Triangle</h3>Dolly controls 163 square kilometers in British Columbia’s Kitsault Valley, one of the most mineral-endowed belts in Canada.And, it’s in elephant country —&nbsp;surrounded by some of the most significant players in Canadian mining.Nearby operations include Skeena Resources ($SKE), Seabridge Gold ($SEA.TSX), and Newmont ($NEM) — including its high-grade Brucejack Mine — as well as Premier Gold Mines (acquired by Equinox ($EQX)Also in the region is Teck ($TCK.B.TSX) which is advancing its Copper Fox project.<img src="https://news.stocktwits-cdn.com/3_RD_png_03b261a906.webp" alt="3RD!!.png">The project combines two powerful assets: the historic Dolly Varden Silver Mine and the Homestake Ridge Gold-Silver Project.Together, this is a district-scale play with multi-commodity upside — high-grade silver, gold, and a touch of copper and lead for good measure.Let’s break it down:<ul><li>Torbrit Zone (Silver): One of Canada’s richest undeveloped silver deposits. A current ratio of 90:1 suggests that silver is undervalued relative to gold. And here’s where it gets interesting—when the ratio hits extreme levels (above 85:1), history tells us that silver tends to snap back, often outperforming gold in the process.For example, in the 1980s and early 1990s, the ratio peaked around 100:1 before silver surged, bringing the ratio back down.Given today’s setup, the pattern suggests silver may be gearing up to close the gap once again.But before we get ahead of ourselves, it’s crucial to consider other factors—industrial demand, economic conditions, and investor sentiment all play a role in where silver goes from here.So, does this time follow historical patterns, or are we entering a new paradigm where gold continues to dominate?That’s the million-dollar question.I caught up with a good friend at Dolly Varden Silver the other day to try and answer that, and my conversation with&nbsp;<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://youtu.be/3oaY-bJ-dRg?si=NJbPvakRrFRZeOvx">Shawn Khunkhun</a>&nbsp;proved silver is looking incredibly interesting to me.Let’s dive in.First off, the higher gold moves without silver following, the higher this historic ratio climbs—and vice versa.Here’s how that’s played out over the last 30 years:<img src="https://news.stocktwits-cdn.com/6798c0d5_8603_497a_96db_cc313a9961ce_1506x804_2_jpg_ebb8204831.webp" alt="6798c0d5-8603-497a-96db-cc313a9961ce_1506x804-2.jpg">&nbsp;To me, this looks like a trend that’s possibly going to slightly break out more, or bounce off that resistance level.The only time in history it’s really spiked through that 90+ level, was in early 2020 when the ratio spiked up to nearly 130:1 during COVID times.Traders and investors alike were naturally rushing to gold as a safe haven.If you zoom in to the last five years, you can see the spike more clearly on the left below:<img src="https://news.stocktwits-cdn.com/5_year_jpeg_1ba2eb44d1.webp" alt="5 year.jpeg">&nbsp;Where I’m going with this is simple: over the past five years, we’ve averaged a gold-silver ratio of about 85:1.Over the last 30 years?
