$MSTR Barclays took the target to 175 from 160 Friday and kept its Overweight. The note came out of the bank's payments and fintech preview, the one that also covers Visa and Mastercard. The sector read is a resilient consumer, with September's chop blamed on rates and the AI rotation. Meanwhile the actual business is about 848,000 BTC and a software unit that did ~122 million in Q2 revenue. Classification aside, the direction is clear on the Street: Citi sits at 240, B. Riley at 195. MSTR was up ~3% Friday near 157, with bitcoin around 82,800.

$MSTR $BTC.X Interest rate cycles tend to last a loonnng time. Decades. Why? As higher or lower rates get baked into the Economy the cycle continues its direction. Since the lows in 2020 (1.9%) each surge in rates is a higher high. It’s been like this since 2020 and I assume continues. Plan accordingly.
