Pidge, a Delhi-based logistics intelligence platform, has raised ₹120 crore in growth capital led by La Vida es Chula (LVEC), the entrepreneur-led fund founded by global business leader Thomas Meyer. Existing investors also participated in the round.

The company said it has recorded 10x year-on-year growth, achieved an annualised run rate of ₹250 crore, and expanded margins while building what it claims is a clear, near-term path to profitability. Pidge added that its valuation has increased more than fivefold since its previous fundraise.

Pidge operates an AI-driven, interoperable last-mile logistics platform used by more than 20,000 brands. The fresh capital will support deeper expansion into Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets, strengthen its product and technology capabilities—including AI systems Titan and MORRE—and enhance organisational capacity for scalable, data-led operations.

The company also plans to pilot its logistics operating system in select international markets with similar high-growth and digitally evolving ecosystems.

“As India manifests its vision of single-digit logistics costs and 2x e-commerce every three years, Pidge is poised to be the foundation for that growth with the country’s largest interoperable last-mile logistics platform,” said Ratnesh Verma, Founder & CEO of Pidge. “This capital accelerates new propositions and markets and doubles down on efficient, sustainable, scalable growth.”

Meyer, who built Desigual into a global brand, said Pidge aligns with LVEC’s thesis of backing disciplined, category-defining founders. “I have full confidence in the technology and team Ratnesh has built to continue to stay ahead as e-commerce in India changes,” he said. “We believe in the Indian growth story and see the potential in Pidge to set a new standard of reliability for Indian commerce.”

Founded in 2019, Pidge’s logistics OS serves hyperlocal and quick commerce segments, integrating routing, allocation, analytics, visibility and multi-vendor interoperability on a single platform. The company works with clients across e-commerce, retail, pharma, F&B and apparel, including Zomato, Swiggy, KFC, Tata 1mg, EatClub and Snitch.
