Swiggy is expanding Crew, its travel and lifestyle concierge service, to more cities after an initial pilot. The service is now available in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region (NCR), the company said through LinkedIn posts by senior executives.

Rohit Kapoor, CEO of Food Delivery at Swiggy, said that users are increasingly using Crew to manage both everyday errands and premium experiences. The app offers assistance with restaurant reservations, travel itineraries, birthday party planning, gifting, Aadhaar updates and airport transfers, among other services.

Swiggy Co-founder Phani Kishan Addepalli described Crew as the company’s "boldest step yet" toward becoming an "operating system for modern living." He said that early users have turned to the service for planning getaways, accessing exclusive hotel rates, finding gifts, arranging repairs, and organising child-friendly transfers during overseas travel.

"Crew is a personal concierge that gets things done, whether it’s planning a celebration, booking that hard-to-get table, or sorting out your next trip," Addepalli wrote. He added that the app was "built quietly" and "launched thoughtfully," and is already serving a few thousand users.

The expansion marks Swiggy’s latest move to diversify beyond its core food and grocery delivery businesses.
