UiPath Inc. (PATH) announced a series of partnerships with Nvidia Corp. (NVDA), OpenAI, Alphabet Inc.’s (GOOG) (GOOGL) Google, and Snowflake Inc. (SNOW) on agentic automation on Tuesday.

The company announced that these new offerings on the UiPath Platform for agentic automation are available starting Tuesday. This combination offers pre-built solutions, new capabilities for orchestrations, and supporting tools for building and testing agents and automations, the firm stated.

UiPath’s shares were up nearly 23% in Tuesday’s pre-market trade before paring some of the gains to trade 15% higher in the opening session. Retail sentiment on Stocktwits around the company trended in the ‘bullish’ territory.

UiPath will utilize Nvidia’s Nemotron foundational model for agentic AI, enabling organizations to deploy enterprise-ready microservices such as natural language processing, image understanding, and predictive analytics, catering to sensitive processes like fraud detection and healthcare workflows.

The company’s partnership with OpenAI includes the development of a ChatGPT connector that integrates OpenAI’s frontier AI models with the workflows of enterprises. UiPath says the combination of OpenAI’s models and its automation capabilities will simplify the development of AI agents.

UiPath has also teamed up with Google to leverage the company’s Gemini models to allow users to build agentic automation workflows using voice interaction, instead of doing complex coding. “As AI agents become more prevalent, voice interaction will emerge as a natural communication method,” the company said.

Lastly, UiPath has partnered with Snowflake to integrate its Agentic Automation platform with the latter’s Cortex AI. This will allow customers to build AI agents that can use data insights to undertake autonomous actions faster, the company said.

PATH stock is up 14% year-to-date and 13% in the past 12 months.
