Apples Safari/WebKit blocking of a Trade Desk ad-serving domain has intensified concern about potential ad delivery and tracking impacts, though traders debate whether it is an unintended technical issue or a material business threat. The discussion is compounded by TTDs steep, prolonged decline, slowing growth, competition from Amazon and Google, and frustration with managements lack of response; some investors see an oversold opportunity while others expect further losses.

A weaker-than-expected jobs report eased expectations for another Fed rate hike, sending Treasury yields lower and helping IWM rebound from its 200-day moving average.
