Latham used the threat of an airtight lawsuit to force the FDA review team to abandon their reliance on the SAP 1.1 "narrative". The "Open Letter" issued by the 28 DMD Specialists this week was Latham closing the only viable loophole for the agency - that they were "unaware" of an error in their analysis.

$CAPR Part-5 There are only two possible outcomes from the arbitration: a. The Forced Compromise: If the FDA approves Deramiocel, neither company wants a broken launch. The arbitration panel could to force a pricing amendment that fixes the insurance/reimbursement mechanism, keeping NS Pharma as the distributor but saving Capricor's margins. This will almost certainly be better than the current revenue share. b. The Full Divorce: Capricor completely rescinds the deal. They lose the $80M near-term milestone and likely pay NS a settlement amount, but gain 100% of the U.S. commercial rights, making them an immediate, premium buyout target for big pharma Their expectations around needing to distribute themselves is why the commercial team is being assembled. 5. The Powder Keg Capricor ($CAPR) is sitting on a powder keg - there's just no other way for me to say it. With a heavily shorted float and a massive litigation battle raging over Deramiocel, the Gamma Squeeze potential is in full effect.

$CAPR CAPR is grossly undervalued for the long term. Closed today at $8.92 which is where we were one month ago. $500 million dollar market cap is a joke!!! Day of approval: We open north of $40 and we hit intraday high of $60+. Why because fundamentals should value us between $4-5 billion dollar market cap after FDA gives deramiocel its blessing!!! Would love to see a gamma squeeze with 19.8 million shares short. There was only 16.4 million shares short on December 3, 2026 and the stock hit just above $40.

$CAPR The letter to the FDA by Dr. McDonald detailing virtually every aspect of the botched adcom whether intentional or not is a sneak peek for the impending lawsuit to the FDA if they intend to find a reason not to approve D . This letter leaves the FDA in a indefensible position just in case they were wondering what cards CAPR had in their deck so now everything is out in the open for everyone to see.

$CAPR My theory of the price action over the last few days: it's not short covering. In fact, FINRA data suggest the shorts continue to dig themselves in deeper. In the past three days, total call open interest has risen from 145,800 contracts up to 166,187 contracts. Mechanically, absorbing 20,000 new call contracts forced market maker algorithms to execute market orders for over 900,000 physical shares in total across those three sessions to maintain delta-neutral hedges. When the price rose with demand, shorts sold into it. More fuel for the fire.

$CAPR IMO, if the articles/letters recently posted were due to some type of leak on the FDA wavering and leaning towards non-approval, we would see that reflected in higher than normal volume and price pressure down with more puts than calls. I think the scientists are just making their closing arguments, just like all recent politicians did prior to polls closing this week. Do your DD and decide for yourself which side of the line to stand. I personally stand with the boys in desperation of an unmet need, the total PUL data package, the Lancet and their review process before publication, the FDA’s highlighted focus on rare disease, and the experts and actual patient’s in this rare disease field.

$CAPR this is my last hope iam so ballsdeep invested here. If this hits the 🎯 I can maybe recoup all losses and change into Etfs with monthly investment. Iam tired from the stock picking so much corruption and games been playing in the stock market it's absolute sick. Stay strong I pray 🙏 for us all they will do the right with this drug.

$CAPR The powerful letter from 28 world class DMD doctors/scientists should seal the deal on Deramiocel approval. Scores of DMD families have already supported approval because of years of experiencing the benefits in real life! Only stupidity and/or corruption could stand in the way ! I expect approval.

$CAPR With Elevidys sales dipping significantly, it is the right moment for Deramiocel to get approved.

$CAPR I read somewhere here that Adam Fudstein and Stat news are funded by Roche thus the negativity spewed by the hated scribe. There is a BP that stands in the way probably the reason why an illegal draft and not valid SAP was used to tank Deramiocel. The FDA has no excuse not to approve Deramiocel per CAPR trial design peer reviewed by Lancet as safe and effective. I wouldn’t put it pass them why the complicit FDA hit job. Stands out like a sore thumb. SRPT and Roche are actively working together to establish a path to get Elevidys back to non ambulatory DMD patients. Their primary strategy focuses on implementing a new enhanced safety protocol Sirolimus to mitigate the severe liver risks that previously halted treatment. They will lose billions every year as Deramiocel will become the SOC for late stage DMD, not Elevidys that cost $3.2M per shot expresses dystrophin but doesn’t regenerate muscle loss and treat cardiomyopathy relative to DMD as leading cause of mortality.

$CAPR I want so badly to believe that this company producing a drug that will be FDA approved. DMD is no joke I hope everyone that has it will be able to receive access to the medication that this company has been working on. Fingers crossed, praying for all those with DMD.
