As I rotate some profits out of my mining positions, I will continue building my energy positions. 
I see very similar moves coming for energy as we’ve seen for miners. 
Mining companies still have tremendous upside and I will keep them at 50% of my portfolio.

We’re going to see their margins get hit. 
As material costs increase, the large corporations won’t be able to pass any more costs along. 
Hence, they will eat the increase, which will hit their bottom lines.

I held BASF several years ago. I haven’t studied it lately. Just check their earnings projections and don’t over pay on the forward PE.
