$CORT Crazy triple-witching with 17M shares traded last Friday - $1.8B worth of the stock changed hands. With Relacorilant/CS' FDA approval and Lifyorli/PROC's EMA approval just around the corner, we should see $150 SP by year end.

Then comes 2027 - Dazucorilant and Miricorilant rises from the horizon. We should see $250 to $300 SP by EOY 2027, or be acquired at such before then.

$CORT Although I and many entrenched Longs here are not worried about the 14-point SP drop in the past 7 days, some new-comeres are mightily worried. Instead of losing sleep, please rember that the SP was in the 30's a year ago and there are so many positives going for the company moving forward. Just keep in mind, here we have the following B$ blockbuster drugs:

- Korlym for CS,
- Lifyorli for PROC,
- Relacorilant for CS (2027),
- Dazucorilant for ALS (2028)
- Miricorilant for MASH (multi B$'s, 2028)
- Nenocorilant for solid tumors (2030)

CORT's SP will hit $300/sh by 2030, or be in acquired before then for north of $200.

Others worth nothing:

- low share count - only about 100M shares,
- No debt & self-funded all clinical development,
- Highly profitable and lots of cash in hand,
- Mostly owned by Tutes.

- Dazucorilant/ALS dose titration trial completion by EOY 2026; 
- Dazucorilant/ALS P3 trial initiation in H1 2026; 
- Miricorilant/MASH P3 trial initiation in H1 2026;

Meanwhile, CORT just had second best cancer launch of all time with a drug with IP that goes out to at least 2040. CORT also has rich very late stage pipeline: MASH, ALS, ONCOLOGY (various), CUSHINGS 

Look for buyout in $200 range 6-9 months.

Corcept has at least 4 upcoming catalysts, any one of which could DOUBLE the stock price from today. This is what AI has to say about this:

(1) Positive data from the Phase 2b MONARCH trial evaluating miricorilant in Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH) would be a massive multi-billion-dollar valuation catalyst for Corcept Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: CORT), likely sending the stock surging. While Corcept's current $10 billion+ market cap is anchored by its core Cushing’s and oncology portfolio, strong MASH data would officially open the door to one of the most lucrative and highly sought-after multi-billion-dollar blockbusters markets in modern pharma.

$CORT looks like that 10% of volume spike Friday at close  was being added to the s&p 400 mid according to gemini.  We might get some volatility Monday Tuesday due to others rebalancing.

$CORT is the standout on relative strength (RS 97) with strong institutional accumulation at 82. $TER with RS 93, suggesting the move is still early and the trend is healthy. $VCTR and $WAB are solid middle-of-the-pack setups with clean technicals across the board.

$CORT  Maduck retires. Did he do so because his 10b5-1 recently reached a set price (maybe 125) and cashed him out of 170k options or did his 10b5-1 have him exercise 170K options regardless of price in contemplation of retirement ?

$CORT to follow up on my below post I think it is somewhat significant that  the CHMP version leaves out reference to Avastin as a search shows most do not use it as their first treatment.  So leaving this out as a requirement that it must be tried first, moves number of patients Lifyori can be used in.  Looks like most use Chemotherapy alone as a first line of treatment and EU may even restrict it as a first line use.  Also doctors tend to hold it for a second remission.

$CORT in the chmp opinion was no mention of prior treatment requirements like fda.  Not sure if that's just an omission or pertinent?  "The committee adopted a positive opinion for Lifyorli (relacorilant), for the treatment of platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer"

What does the StockTwits community think of recent S&P deletions? 
Most of the deletions from the top 3 indexes are merely moves to another index within the family.  
The most interesting is the bottom group where of the ten drops from the S&P 600, eight are removals entirely from the family. $CORT and $EAT moved up. The number of watchers for the eight drops were all less than 1000!
