Dogecoin is an open-source digital currency based on the "Doge" meme that functions as a peer-to-peer medium for fast payments and digital tipping. Unlike projects backed by corporate entities, its value is driven by a global community, and the project is managed by a decentralized group of volunteers and the non-profit Dogecoin Foundation rather than a formal company. Originally created in 2013 by software engineers Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer as a market parody, the project held no public sale or venture capital rounds. The network operates as a fork of LuckyCoin, which itself was a fork of Litecoin, using a proof of work consensus mechanism. It employs the Scrypt algorithm to ensure the mining process remains fast and efficient, with new blocks processed every 60 seconds. A unique technical feature is its use of merged mining, allowing miners to secure Dogecoin simultaneously with other Scrypt-based networks like Litecoin. To keep transaction fees low and the network running indefinitely, Dogecoin features an uncapped supply where new coins are added forever. In a major regulatory milestone in March 2026, a joint SEC and CFTC framework officially classified Dogecoin as a digital commodity, placing it in the same asset category as gold or oil.

Dogecoin

Dogecoins choppy trading and repeated failure to clear a key round-number resistance dominate discussion, with traders debating whether the consolidation is a base or a sign of further weakness. Some are buying dips and anticipating a breakout, while others complain that DOGE remains stagnant and vulnerable to more downside.

StarkNet is a permissionless decentralized Layer 2 (L2) validity rollup, built to allow Ethereum to scale via cryptographic protocols called STARKs, without compromising Ethereum’s core principles of decentralization, transparency, inclusivity and security. The StarkNet Token is needed to operate the ecosystem, maintain and secure it, decide on its values and strategic goals, and direct its evolution. This token will be required for (i) governance, (ii) payment of transaction fees on StarkNet, and (iii) participation in StarkNet’s consensus mechanism.

Starknet

STRK is drawing attention amid a sharp rally and rising volume, with traders tying interest to Starknets privacy and post-quantum security plans, Bitcoin DeFi expansion, and possible move from an Ethereum Layer 2 to an independent Layer 1. Bullish posts celebrate the momentum and network roadmap, while others warn of profit-taking, token-unlock pressure, and a possible pump-and-dump.

The Compound Governance Token is a governance token on the Compound Finance lending protocol, COMP allows the owner to delegate voting rights to the address of their choice; the owner’s wallet, another user, an application, or a DeFi expert. Anybody can participate in Compound governance by receiving delegation, without needing to own COMP. Anybody with 1% of COMP delegated to their address can propose a governance action; these are simple or complex sets of actions, such as adding support for a new asset, changing an asset’s collateral factor, changing a market’s interest rate model, or changing any other parameter or variable of the protocol that the current administrator can modify.

Compound

COMP discussion centers on hopes for a breakout, with traders pointing to its capped supply and anticipated V4 and institutional-market expansion; others argue the token has lagged the broader crypto market and remain skeptical that these themes will lead to sustained momentum.

Ethereum is a global, open-source platform for decentralized applications. In other words, it is a decentralized blockchain platform that enables developers to build and deploy smart contracts and applications without central authority control. Unlike Bitcoin, which primarily functions as digital currency, Ethereum operates as a programmable global computer where developers can create any type of decentralized service. The platform hosts over $14 billion in DeFi applications with hundreds of thousands of active users across financial protocols, NFT marketplaces, and gaming platforms. Its transition to Proof of Stake in September 2022 reduced energy consumption by over 99%, addressing environmental concerns while strengthening network security. The network operates through thousands of independent validator nodes that process transactions and execute smart contracts on the Ethereum Virtual Machine. Smart contracts are self-executing programs written in Solidity that automatically carry out agreements when conditions are met, eliminating intermediaries like banks or brokers. Validators stake ETH as collateral to propose and validate blocks, earning rewards for honest participation while facing penalties for malicious behavior. The EIP-1559 upgrade introduced a dynamic base fee mechanism that burns ETH with each transaction, creating deflationary pressure during high network activity when more ETH is burned than issued to validators. Vitalik Buterin proposed Ethereum in 2013, but seven co-founders helped build it, including Gavin Wood who created Solidity and the EVM technical specification, and Joseph Lubin who founded ConsenSys. The project launched in July 2015 after raising over $18 million through crowdfunding, quickly becoming the largest blockchain developer community. Major milestones include the 2020 Beacon Chain launch, the 2021 London hard fork implementing fee burning, and the 2022 Merge to Proof of Stake. Ether (ETH) serves multiple functions: paying transaction fees (gas), staking to secure the network and earn 3-5% annual yields, serving as collateral in DeFi protocols, and purchasing NFTs and digital assets. The asset is increasingly adopted by traditional institutions, with publicly traded companies adding ETH to corporate treasuries to generate staking yields while maintaining blockchain exposure, and in 2024, the SEC approved spot Ethereum ETFs, allowing traditional investors to gain exposure through conventional brokerage accounts. Ethereum's roadmap focuses on dramatically increasing transaction capacity to over 100,000 per second, reducing confirmation times, and enhancing decentralization while maintaining security against future threats like quantum computing.

Ethereum

Ethereums sharp pullback and relative weakness versus Bitcoin are driving discussion, with traders pointing to BitMines announced cap on ETH accumulation, Fed-related concerns and leveraged liquidations as possible pressures. The community is split between viewing the decline as a buying opportunity or leverage flush and expecting further downside.

Pyth Network is a decentralised oracle network designed to provide real-time financial market data to decentralised applications (dApps) across multiple blockchains. It allows developer to secure smart contracts with reliable, low-latency market data from institutional sources, and build apps with high-fidelity oracle feeds designed for mission-critical systems.

Pyth Network

Attention centers on Pyth DAOs policy directing all product revenue it receives toward PYTH reserve accumulation, as well as speculation about a major reveal at Pyth Connect. Traders are broadly bullish on the buyback mechanism and Pyths Nasdaq data and RWA activity, while some question whether revenue-funded purchases can counter token supply and selling pressure.
