We have approx. 60M in cash right now, but completing two phase 2 trials will take a lot more $$.  Completing 1:8 R/S this Friday to drop share count down to 5.25M.   
 
Theory: 
Data was withheld in order to do R/S first, drop share count down.  Then release data, stock explodes, and they do a concurrent financing PIPE of 100M+ to push forward w/ the Phase 2 trials.  It&#39;s just a waiting game at this point....

@Ah9020 all depends on how good the data is.  But assuming really good data and that small of a float, this could x3 or x4 easily IMO.  Predicting price is hard.  $SPRB did a similar R/S then annoucement and PIPE and they did x30 in 2 days lol.  So who knows.

@Ah9020 you and me both, for that exact reason...don&#39;t have to guess where to sell lol.  Buyout is still on the table just less likely than before IMO.  They would have likely done it before doing a R/S for no reason....UNLESS there are multiple suitors involved and a bidding war is going on and they need more time.  Then the R/S could be there just to keep us listed until deal is finalized.  To be hoenst though, a PIPE / data scenario like I suggested might actually have more short term upside than a buyout.  We shall see.
