$AARD Is this company still alive? First, we were promised the go-forward plan for ARD101 in Q2. That quarter came and went. Then it was supposed to come in Q3. Nope. We are now 2+ weeks into Q4 and only crickets from these arrogant blow hards. The shareholder fraud lawsuits look like slam dunk winners because of all the safety conclusions spouted and yet AARD lacked high dose data to back up the conclusions provided. The "excuse" is "they believed?" Seriously? Do they also "believe" in the Tooth Fairy? The COO was fired 2 weeks before the company finally fessed up. Check his linkedin profile. What a liar. Now he's rewriting history claiming he was only business development (yet no business deals) for years? Huh? That's too easy to corroborate as a lie. That will be a fun deposition. Better settle before your fired lying COO gets into the witness chair.

$AARD Based on my experience with other biotech companies that have faced clinical holds, I think Aarvark will announce the outcome of its discussions with the FDA sometime soon. Given the type of adverse event and the dose involved, I think there’s a very good chance the outcome will be positive and the FDA will allow the trials to continue. If so, we could be close to a significant re-rating. I’m buying aggressively again at these prices.
