The jury found that Arm breached its architecture license agreement with Qualcomm, failed to meet its contractual commitments and deliberately sought to disrupt Qualcomm’s business operations. Qualcomm described the verdict as a victory for innovation and competition, although it did not disclose whether the jury awarded damages. The ruling, dated October 13, 2026, marks another legal setback for Arm in its ongoing dispute with the chipmaker. The conflict began after Arm sued Qualcomm in 2022 over alleged licensing violations following Qualcomm’s $1.4 billion acquisition of chip startup Nuvia. $ARM those who’ve been long enough on this board know that I’m bullish on AI and extremely bullish on this company which I consider to be at the center of the AI drive. But if you’ve also been long enough in this stock, you know that it can move up or down unreasonably for an extended period of time. And gaining 90billion in market cap in a matter of days on dubious news while your 6B annual rev is not material impacted in the short term… well, that’s what I call a baseless pump. The pump impacted the entire sector but if you have a small float as this stock, the move is much more exaggerated. I’m not going to try to time it, but as I envisioned $200 (touched $208 after ER) when it was flying in mid 400s, I don’t expect these levels to hold when market and the chip sector go through another bout of weakness.

$ARM i was wrong about it wanting to close the gap, which will remain open at least for this year and the current market cycle. I now realize there is more demand with ticker that i initially anticipated. I stand corrected. recalibrating my chart with that demand in mind, anchored vwap from March lows (black) is laying flat nearby current price, and the one from August (white) is tilting up and interacting with today's candle. those comes in confluence with other indicators and signals, but i dont see an entry, yet, its just one very interesting POI right here, but i think it will be finding its bottom soon, give or take 20$.
