Therefore, we must look at historical precedence of WHEN a company pulled over a Phase 1 result from another indication---then went for a Phase 2 with a brand new indication. $BHVN $BHVN Remember the deal with SK hasn't closed yet. It sounded like they knew about the toxicity of the rat metabolite beforehand, yet after the FDA stepped in, decided to put the deal closing on hold until the issue was resolved. This makes it seem like they may intend to at least try to get out of the deal if it turns into a bigger issue despite having prior knowledge of it thus limiting their downside while still keeping all the upside. With the XENE news now raising the potential value of Opakalim, and the deal still not closed, does anything here change?

$BHVN just jumping in here been doing some research on the stock, particularly current Financial position I see their cash on hand and the fair value notes they have outstanding with Overland are basically one to one without this SK loan in the near term does anyone see a way around a little bit of dilution at the current cash burn rate?

$BHVN FDA hold is manageable. XENE setback whould've sent this upward, even if it's the same MoA. XENE should be able to resolve their issue as well. All of this is overblown.
