$BZAI Blaize’s restructuring is a cost cut approved by the board on September 24, 2026, and announced on September 30. It is mostly a layoff, not a sale of businesses or a change in strategy. What they are doing Cutting about 26% of employees, plus other efficiency measures. Target annualized savings of about $7.5–$8.4 million. One-time cost of about $1.1–$1.3 million, almost all severance and benefits. Most of that charge is expected in the third quarter of 2026. The plan is supposed to be largely finished by December 31, 2026. CEO Dinakar Munagala tied it to comments on the Q2 call that operating expenses would come down. He said the cuts are meant to keep the teams needed to execute, and that savings will be steered toward higher-growth, more profitable work.

$BZAI to be expected, they’ll have 180 days to cure, then they should qualify for another 180 days. So no worries at this time, but they need to start announcing some contracts, etc..

$BZAI In all my 30 yrs in markets i have never and i mean never have seen projections missed so many times and by such huge numbers. So either thwse guys are vompletely green and incompetant or the are criminals

I’m going to take a lotto ticket on this one but still…this is kinda BS what they did to investors. When they put this guy in jail, how about they put someone worth a shit in their place that can turn this around.

$BZAI Interesting that this is slightly up in overnight trading now after this evening's Q3 preliminary guidance. It seems that the market is already looking ahead to Q4, which even with revised full year guidance should be the biggest revenue quarter of the year with Q4 totalling about $20 million in revenue. Hopefully, 2027 will be their breakout year, since they said in August that about $50 million of contracted revenue was deferred until 2027, which by itself tops 2026 revenue, plus whatever other revenue they'll earn in 2027. Once again, I find myself thinking and hoping that things can only go up from here

$BZAI Blaize has been actively giving presentations about its products and services capabilities lately. I enjoyed watching their last presentation on YouTube that was given at the World AI Show in Malaysia in early September. It's definitely worth checking out. Just search "Blaize World AI Show Malaysia September 2026"... They have an upcoming presentation scheduled for October 28th to cover Blaize's Smart City AI solutions. Blaize's products and services are ideal for smart city build-outs offering vast worldwide growth possibilities, and that's just one avenue of huge growth potential for Blaize amongst many. I know they're having major hiccups lately, but there's no denying the growth potential and demand for their most necessary products and services.

$BZAI Btw, I had tried Blaize IR earlier and finally heard back from them later on Friday. They said they'll be announcing some very exciting products within a few weeks, as well as be giving a presentation about their Smart City applications in a few weeks. Owning this stock has been a very perplexing and painful experience. At least my average cost is around $0.70 cents, which i plan to lower when I double down and buy more on Tuesday. I believe in their product and services, and I think that the BZAI sell off is way over done. The poor decisions and bad luck that caused their plunge is something they can recover from and soon get back on track. Since they have high demand products, I think they'll find ways to "right the ship" rather quickly. Regardless, the risk vs reward calculation now per share is at most losing thirty cents with the longterm possibility of gaining a hundred dollars or more per share. I like that scenario, especially with owning lots of shares.

On October 5, 2026, Blaize Holdings disclosed in a Form 8-K filing that the U.S. Department of Justice has issued subpoenas to specific employees and board members seeking information regarding its internal agreements and business dealings with certain counterparties

$BZAI Its been quite some times since I owned this but this. $BZAI "restructuring" is a joke. Cutting 26% of staff to save $8M/yr doesn't fix a company still guiding to a $62-65M EBITDA loss after slashing full year rev guidance from $130M to $40-43M in one quarter. That's a forecasting and execution failure, not a cost problem. Gross margin cratered from 58% to 8% because they got caught flat footed on memory costs. A headcount cut doesn't rebuild trust in guidance that just got cut 68%. Watching to see if the $50M "backlog" is any more real than the pipeline that evaporated last quarter.

$BZAI jail time. They faked numbers, and cut them like mad after trapping retail investors. Even their customer refuse to pay.

$BZAI just sold out. I think there’s a good chance this goes to zero or pink sheet OTC - which is even less shareholder visibility. I’m not mad, but I’m disappointed in myself for jumping into this fully knowing the red flags. Original investment $32K but trimmed at break even to $14.4k cost basis. Not in my top 10 holdings by investment by any means, but you always look back in disappointment bc your greed to get rich fast got the best of you. Will take $12K tax loss harvesting off my positive capital gains. It simply amazes me how nothing ever happens to these companies or officers who are bound by law and fiduciary duty yet defiantly break that code. It’s organized crime, or ultimate incompetence at best I wish y’all the best except the delusional few here who are still grasping at straws - knowingly directing green investors to light their money on fire. I’m sure I’ll take another lotto ticket flyer next year, scratch the degen itch 😂
