Results were fine but short of the hype, and they lost a third of their MC in 30 minutes. Sometimes it’s best for CEO’s to play it conservative…

$COYA $GANX Going to be interesting to see what both do by Xmas. Best speculative guess is COYA is right around $10 and GANX where COYA is right now at $5. Things can change in a split second. Bet anyone here that proverbial beer that at least one has a new name on the door in Jan, and the other still standing follows soon in the same footsteps.

$COYA I block most posters here and other places that I find ineducated and ignorant. Seeing a few here as of late that don't merit engagement. Most of reasonable intelligence would argue that the true value of Coya is that when ALS data is good, it will unlock the value of FTD, AD and so many by other indications. The science goes from validated to a literal no brainer for other bigger indications. Still looking for a deal likely by year end....$XBI $RDY DYDD

$COYA I talked to what I would consider an expert in ALS about the current trial. He pointed out a few items of interest about the original 4 pereon trial. One he said keep in mind this current trial is a 24 week efficacy trial and they are screening for around a 1 point decline per month or 6 points in that time. He also said to be fair look at the data of the 4 person trial starting at 4 weeks when the affects would be kicking in. In that trial they are stable for all 4 after 4 weeks out to 48 weeks. I asked about the fact that patients seemed to get better. He explained that as patients stabilize they may be more inclined to be a little more active and have more hope thus feel better. Its a big boost mentally. The goal is stablization. He also pointed out if they were not seeing efficacy in a significant number he did not believe the monitoring committee would approve the year extension. Plus he said patients would not do it.

$COYA Biomarkers dont lie. While retail ignores the range, I believe NEALS ( my guess showcase at NEALS) is set to showcase single cell proteomics that prove $COYA 302 biological dominance. Transitioning into the winter OLE ( NOVEMBER TO JANUARY) wuth real time biomarker data isnt just clinical tracking it's the exact bridge big pharma needs before writing a check. The spark is coming. Accumulate and buy your straw hats in the winter. There is excitement in the ALS space $CLNN yesterday filed for their NDA and will get their priority review and be up before the FDA in June. The ALS Act made ALS its priority. Lets give our brothers/sisters HOPE.

$COYA Someone mentioned that one of the 4 patients took the average down. So I went back and if we take that person out of the 48 week data everyone actually improves by 2-3 points? Thats even better. Plus since that original small study they know what to screen on to get the data they expect. One final point is as noted the one patient pulling down the numbers declined 6 points in the first 4 weeks but then remained steady. While the study was tiny just getting 1 patient to improve in a year is a miracle.

$COYA The company has said that Proteomics will be coming in the 2nd half of the year. In my opinion the NEALS conference is coming up Oct 27th to October 30th. I believe there is a possibility the data is presented there. If you recall we had the longitudal study come out April 9th $COYA was approx $4.08 by April 20th it ran to $4.99 up 23%. Keep in mind this readout was on 3 proteins Nfl...Hne..and LBP. The proteomics readout is thousands if plasma proteins. In layman's terms if the April data showed that the frug can turn off some bad switches, the new PROTEOMICS data proves it can rewire the entire biilogical circuit making it a significantly stronger, higher conviction CATALYST. BOTTOM LINE: Longitudinal study 8 DAYS moved $COYA 23% PROTEOMICS will move us to $7. This is very SIGNIFICANT for us.

$COYA could be one of the most overlooked ALS biotech opportunities. Its 120-patient trial is fully enrolled, with results expected Q2 2027, and the new 48-week OLE could provide valuable long-term data. $COYA Added. We are sittign right at $4 support line based on P&F chart. We have been trading in the $4 to $5 range all year. I reall y like adding here. OLE news was a game changer. Excellent risk/reward ratio at these prices. $43M in cash, no debt, no warrants, no dilution ahead and comapmny has continued to deliver as promised. OLE news was a game chnager for me.

$COYA just throwing it out there that though I’m not active on this board I have been watching coya for some time. Wishing any and all ALS treatments with potential much success. No need to mention them as don’t want to be perceived as trying to “promote”.

The most interesting detail is that the extension was requested by clinical investigators and study participants, rather than simply being announced as a routine corporate decision. . The extension ultimately shows durable slowing of ALS progression beyond one year, supported by the randomized results, that could become much more important than today's announcement alone. Clinical investigators and participants wanted the extension. The drug certainly must be working Very bullish
