$CRVO Alright, hoping this helps with everyone that wants to know what is going today: There was news today, but it was not a new Phase 2b readout. Today CRVO announced the peer-reviewed publication of the already-known RewinD-LB Phase 2b DLB results. The overall primary endpoint miss was previously known. It did not fail today. The new publication provides the full analysis, including evidence that lower drug exposure may have contributed to the miss and that higher exposure patients showed better results. The November data are a completely different trial: the ongoing Phase 2a nfvPPA study. CRVO still expects 24-week biomarker data at CTAD in November. Also, RESTORE stroke results have not been released yet. So today’s news = new publication of old DLB trial results + additional supporting analysis, not a new clinical failure and not the November readout. The drop is just market responding to the peer review and small caps get hit like this.

$CRVO Wishing folks luck Monday morning…I’ll look to enter after in pre market. Sunday is Phase 2a biomarker data, not Phase 2b or a buyout. More importantly, Series C ($3.14) and B ($3.32) warrants sit right overhead. Structured funds box and short pops against those strikes, then exercise to cover. That kind of float expansion caps runs long before they get exciting. PIPE desks hedge and short into catalyst runs, covering with warrant exercises. Sabby will run the usual game here and they have been doing it for a long time. Regardless, I’m excited for the science and hope folks make money….👍

The primary endpoint of the Phase 2b RewinD-LB trial (change in the Clinical Dementia Rating Scale - Sum of Boxes, or CDR-SB) was missed in the initial 16-week placebo-controlled phase due to a drug product manufacturing issue that resulted in a defective drug batch (referred to as "Batch A") with decreased bioavailability and drug exposure. The announcement made on October 29, 2026, by CervoMed (NASDAQ: CRVO) is primarily a publication of existing data rather than entirely new trial results. Wow Mr market just slammed this on Old Data!!!!! Let’s see what New Data brings in November? CervoMed noted that actual new clinical data—specifically the 24-week biomarker data from its Phase 2a nfvPPA trial—is scheduled to be presented in November 2026 at the CTAD conference.

$CRVO boger will not give up he believes in this, I think it works too, he will fund it himself, sell the company or partner it, I like this value down here 26m for p3 ready company with decent proof of concept. Plus readouts in ftd & stroke in the near term. My guess has been for a long time now, that they think they are going to work in ftd and/or stroke - the goal here is if one of the two hits the re-rating will allow them to fund the rest of the program. My guess is they are holding in their back pocket a partnership deal where then get a 100m~$250M up front and low teens royalties - should ftd & stroke fail they will take this deal and sell off the shell company.

They would do anything to slow the progression and enjoy more meaningful and productive time with family and their lives. $CRVO only needs the drug to slow the progression and that’s a plentiful market to make $. If it improves speech & motor that’s just xtra gravy.

$CRVO If the data is good, there will be a short squeeze on Monday. Every time the data is convincing, there's a squeeze of at least 200%. That would currently be around $9.

$CRVO If I would be paranoid than I would believe in a stop-loss-raid here to cover short positions. Down so much with "only" 130k volume looks suspicious at least. But I added above 3 lately, I take the drop. But the movement on this stock on positive is unprecedented.

$CRVO On Sunday, 11 October 2026, CervoMed will present initial Phase 2a clinical trial results for neflamapimod in nfvPPA, a form of frontotemporal dementia.

$CRVO corporate presentation was updated a few days ago. They have removed the overall target of 5 billion peak sales opportunity and now just focus on the regional opportunities specifically. I think this reflects the regional licensing and partnership model they are now working on. Presentation also confirms partnership is targeted for H2 26, so within the next few months.

$CRVO This is overall great news, just not a big catalyst. More like clinical progress. The study is not a flashy one. Look at the wording of the headlines, it is made for individuals who are in neuroscience. Market usually likes simpler headlines and treatment summary. Still holding 26,800K shares at 2.97 average.

That combination of scientific credibility, industry relationships and meaningful financial alignment gives CervoMed a highly experienced figure who can help management navigate Phase 3 strategy and, importantly, partnership or acquisition negotiations. It doesn’t guarantee neflamapimod succeeds or a deal happens, but it is a strong external validation signal for such a small biotech.
