$EDSA Here's my current opinion: JB has hit max site activation with a readout sometime late next year. Pari P3 data was compelling BUT trial was truncated, covid data, small sample size, and dataset has yet to be fully published for peer review. All this means is that the asset in not compelling enough as it stands to warrant additional govt investment or BP partnership. That could change very quickly (and reprice very quickly) if the JB data shows clear stat sig mortality reduction benefit. Re EB06, they likely modified the P2 to conserve funds and compress timelines. That's fine. IND is now approved, that's a derisk. They are likely wanting to see an efficacy signal while they plan a larger p2b using a subcutaneous formulation. The risk now is an endpoint one for the small p2 - is 28 weeks enough to allow for a repigmentation signal? Cash on hand probably covers them through early 2028 assuming burn rate doesn't materially increase from that 5-6m/quarter level.

$EDSA well, a "bit" delayed but that is a solid milestone. I do think there will be a trade here in 27/28 and this is officially back on my watch list. BUT I don't think I'd enter until fpi in US and we see a bit more downside to keep the r/r looking good

$EDSA So the company sold $25M of common stock at $5.50 per share and each share issued has a warrant attached with a strike price of $7.50 and an expiration of 18 months from the August 21st closing date. It’s obvious to me that those buyers have been selling the shares they received thus having no capital at risk yet still own the warrant risk free. This is why there has been constant selling pressure since August 21st. The stock has almost been cut in half since the pipe was priced at $5.50. It’s starting to look very interesting/attractive.
