$ELTX Strange to think the result here would have been very different if it wasn't for about 20 patients. Sell and ask questions later - a few days ago I was buying as many shares I wanted at 1.49 - there is enough interest in KRAS, vaccines and the broad applicability of this platform for ELTX to build back from here in my opinion.

Back on the long side in both $ELTX (1.58) and $ENGN ($1.49) this morning. Traded in and out of both names for decent gains over the past few months. Given the macro tape and rate volatility, staying nimble in setups like these has been key, but both have stayed on my core small-cap biotech radar. This morning finally flushed down into the risk/reward re-entry zone I’ve been waiting on. Execution discipline first... will manage sizing as the setups develop.

$ELTX if they can make it: “In patients with clean margins (R0 resected, comprising 84% of the trial), the vaccine nearly doubled median DFS to 23.8 months vs. 12.8 months (HR 0.65, p=0.048)”

$ELTX Are we already going to be talking about neoadjuvant data? With just three months of follow-up… this is looking very promising!

$ELTX would be nice to hear of any updates including the possibility of incorporating camupepimut with KRAS inhibitors.

$ELTX Darrell Irvine presenting AMPLIFY-7P clinical results in a plenary session at SITC 2026. The fact that these results have been selected for presentation at both ESMO and SITC gives me hope that we are looking at something truly meaningful. And let us not overlook who is presenting them: two heavyweights in their respective fields. Both Eileen O’Reilly and Darrell Irvine are among the very best at what they do. There will also be a poster presentation on Elicio AIM technology. I highly recommend reading the presentation available on the company website. Very interesting stuff.

$ELTX Tomorrows presentation looks very interesting. The ctDNA imbalance between the two arms may have significantly impacted the primary results, with the adjusted Cox model showing an HR of 0.45. Some of the other subgroup findings are also very interesting. I think these data are encouraging for a potential P3 trial, although Im not sure how the market will react.
