Entergy Corporation. The Group's principal activities are electric power production and retail electric distribution operations. It operates in two reportable segments: Utility and Non-Utility Nuclear. The US Utility segment generates, transmits, distributes and sells electric power to retail and wholesale customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas and provides natural gas utility services to customers in and around Baton Rouge and New Orleans. The Non-Utility Nuclear segment owns and operates five nuclear power plants and provides operations and management services to nuclear power plants owned by other utilities in the United States. All Other includes the parent company, Entergy Corporation, and other business activity. The Energy Commodity Services segment markets electric power produced by its power plants to wholesale customers. The Group operates in North America and Europe.
