The Construction and Infrastructure Projects in Israel segment accompanies its customers in the project, from providing construction services, infrastructure, installation of electromechanical systems in the building, elevators and escalators, to installation of electrical infrastructure products for high voltage, medium/high voltage, and low voltage buildings, industry and infrastructure. In addition, the group implements and establishes national infrastructure facilities. The Construction and Infrastructure Projects Overseas segment handles installation of central air conditioning systems and piping, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and elevators. The Operating, Services, and Maintenance segment provides services for managing and operating assets and infrastructure. The Development and Construction of Entrepreneurial Real Estate segment deals with purchasing land, making a change of use if necessary, issuing the necessary permits, marketing, planning, and establishing the projects, or selling the land in one of the various stages of initiation, or by way of combination transactions. The Franchising segment engages in receiving a long-term concession from a public body, for the planning, financing, construction, maintenance, and operation of projects, in the fields of infrastructure, construction, and the environment. The company was founded by Yehuda Gezuntheit in 1945 and is headquartered in Ramat Gan, Israel.
