Generate gets 30 million dollars upfront and up to 35 million in early preclinical milestones, out of nearly 1.2 billion dollars in total potential milestones. Generate leads research through lead-candidate selection. Zealand takes over for clinical development, regulatory work and commercialization. Shares were up about 5% in extended trading.
