Juva Life, Inc. engages in the cultivation, manufacturing, research and development, distribution and retail of medical and recreational cannabis. It division includes Juva Cultivation, Juva Research, Juva Manufacturing, Juva Distribution, Juva Retail, and Juva Delivery. The Juva Retail is a network of retail cannabis facilities that will serve the San Francisco Bay Area. The Juva Research is Juva's therapeutics division which, when operational, will be involved in medicinal cannabis-based product research. The Juva Manufacturing will create Juva branded and white-label products for other recreational and medical related cannabis companies. The Juva Distribution will distribute Juva branded products and products from other licensed cannabis companies. The company was founded on April 3, 2019 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
