The cryptocurrency then took off with the innovation of the turing-complete smart contract by Ethereum which led to the development of other amazing projects such as EOS, Tron, and even crypto-collectibles such as CryptoKitties.

Kolibri Global Energy (KGEI) shares rose 3.6% in extended trading on Tuesday after the company posted a rise in quarterly earnings.The oil and gas producer reported a net income of $5.64 million for the three months ended Dec. 31, compared with $4.8 million a year earlier.Kolibri’s net revenue rose 29% to $17.4 million for the fourth quarter.
