$LPSN totally disappointed with the merger. Most retail (not me personally) are trapped at much higher prices, offering them shares at 3 bucks is pennies especially after the reverse split. They fucked up , this would have been an amazing technical setup for a 20000%+ reversal , allowing trapped investors to get out if this was allowed to play out over a number of years. Setup killed ., And the soun shares you're being given are hugely overvalued. The stock already has a huge market cap (think $3B and their revenue is tiny in comparison to lpsn market cap Vs revenue = undervalued) what a waste to see live person disappear

$LPSN Stockholder approval was the main remaining hurdle on LivePerson's side. With that vote passed, the acquisition is essentially cleared to close.

$LPSN ER is Nov 5th that gives sound 90 days to integrate and should have some exciting news and numbers with higher revenue projection once this is implemented. This acquisition is a game changer for sound hound. It should become a force.
