Oracle is under pressure after reports that Microsoft is winding down its deal to rent Oracle AI cloud capacity, amid broader worries about debt-funded data-center expansion and possible permitting or regulatory delays. Traders disagree on the impact: some view the arrangement as a limited or older contract whose capacity can be re-leased, while others see it as a warning about AI demand, backlog quality, and Oracles leverage.

Microsofts reported wind-down of an Oracle AI-compute rental deal is driving discussion, with traders debating whether it signals weaker AI infrastructure spending or a shift away from older capacity toward newer GPUs and other providers. The uncertainty is feeding broader concerns about data-center delays and hyperscaler capex, while some traders argue the change is a limited hardware or partner reshuffle rather than a retreat from AI investment.

Broadcom Inc. is a global technology company, which designs, develops, and supplies semiconductors and infrastructure software solutions. It operates through the Semiconductor Solutions and Infrastructure Software segments. The Semiconductor Solutions segment refers to product lines and intellectual property licensing. The Infrastructure Software segment relates to mainframe, distributed and cyber security solutions, and fibre channel storage area networking business. The company was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA.

Broadcom Inc

Broadcom is under pressure amid a wider AI and semiconductor selloff, with traders linking the weakness to fears that political shifts could slow data-center construction and hyperscaler AI spending. The community is split between concerns about customer concentration and capex financing and the view that AI demand and Broadcoms fundamentals remain intact.

DraftKings, Inc. is a digital sports entertainment and gaming company, which engages in the provision of online sports betting, online casino, daily fantasy sports product offerings, DraftKings Marketplace, retail sportsbook, media, and other consumer product offerings. DraftKings Inc

DraftKings sharp selloff follows a Q3 earnings and revenue miss and a steep cut to its FY26 EBITDA outlook, which the company attributed largely to increased investment in its Predictions business. Traders are split on whether that spending can build a profitable growth engine, with skeptics citing cash burn, competition from Kalshi and Polymarket, and weak management execution.

Sandisk Corp. engages in the development, manufacture, and provision of storage devices and solutions based on NAND flash technology. Its products include solid state drives, memory cards, and USB flash drives. The company was founded on February 5, 2024 and is headquartered in Milpitas, CA.

Sandisk Corp

A sharp semiconductor-sector selloff has focused attention on fears that election-driven resistance to data-center construction could slow AI infrastructure spending and chip demand. Traders are split between viewing the decline as an overreaction, with projects likely to shift locations, and worrying that AI demand and memory valuations may weaken; volatile rebound attempts have added to the debate.

Firefly Aerospace, Inc. engages in the design and manufacture of space launch vehicles. The company was founded by Thomas E. Markusic, Mark Watt, and Max Polyakov in January 2017 and is headquartered in Leander, TX.

Firefly Aerospace Inc.

Fireflys engine, technology-licensing and engineering-support agreement with AST SpaceMobile for its planned heavy-lift rocket is driving attention, with traders viewing it as a major validation of Fireflys propulsion business and a boost to its funding and production plans. The sharp rally has prompted bullish reactions, alongside caution about the deals cash-and-stock terms, execution risks and whether the gains will hold.

Axon Enterprise, Inc. engages in the development, manufacture, and sale of conducted electrical weapons for personal defense. It operates through the TASER segment and Software and Sensors segment. The TASER segment sells conducted electrical weapons, accessories, and other related products and services. Smith on September 7, 1993 and is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.

Axon Enterprise Inc

Axons quarterly results missed expectations and its lower full-year outlook, citing federal procurement delays, sparked a sharp selloff and fresh lows. Traders are divided between buying the dip on the companys growth prospects and warning that its high valuation leaves little room for weaker results.

Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company, which focuses on the development of transformative cell and exosome-based therapeutics for treating Duchenne muscular dystrophy (“DMD”), a rare form of muscular dystrophy which results in muscle degeneration and premature death, and other diseases with unmet medical needs. Capricor Therapeutics Inc

CAPR is drawing attention ahead of the FDAs pending decision on deramiocel for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a binary catalyst for the company. IonQ Inc

IonQs stronger-than-expected quarterly results and higher full-year revenue outlook are driving the rally, with traders also pointing to a larger backlog and commercial momentum. IREN Ltd.

IREN Limited

IRENs quarterly report and earnings call are driving a sharp-rebound discussion: traders point to rapid AI-cloud growth, a larger contracted backlog and customer-funded GPU spending as support for its shift from bitcoin mining to AI infrastructure. Skeptics counter that a pushed-out ARR timeline, substantial financing needs and a Microsoft-related deployment delay leave uncertainty over whether the rally can last.
