FDA said 8 patients have to hit primary end pount to get approval... And with todays PreBLA press release... the FDA has "Encourged" RZLT to pursue this path

$RZLT Big Update Today! Uplift Tumor-HI is now 7 for 8 responders (87.5%). The study needs 9 of 16 responders to meet statistical significance, RZLT needs only 2 responders from the next 8 patients. Six responders have also completely discontinued IV glucose. Tumor HI continues to look increasingly de-risked. Now waiting on FDA path forward for CHI.

$RZLT I don’t think people understand, this is best case scenario for an FDA response. There were only 2 possible outcomes here: 1) FDA says Rezolute needs to conduct a new cHI study (end of the road since RZLT has already said they won’t do that) 2) FDA opens the door for more in depth evaluation This is a big win, but the market doesn’t seem to agree.

$RZLT Newbie bear? I just remember the paperwork, Cantor helped RZLT sell 11.25M shares + 3.75M prefunded warrants in 2024... you see "Overweight"? I remember dilution 😉

So we know that tumor HI is basically a slam dunk (if we didn't already), but say worst case scenario, there is no path forward with cHI, will FDA really grant an approval in tumor HI based on a single, 16 patient study?! If they do, you know it's going to be used off label for cHI. Quite the complicated situation here...

$RZLT Can anyone think of a reason why Rezolute would not get acquired at this point? cHI is back on the table, we know tumor HI is pretty much a slam dunk. Why wait any longer? This whole company is 1 molecule so it would be so easy for any company working in the rare disease space to add it to their pipeline. No complex integrations, no phase 1 or phase 2 assets to sort out. Nobody wants to see RZLT file a BLA. Let's leave that to the professionals who do it day in and day out.

And statistical significance IS NOT 98% FDA approval odds. Congenital HI = sunRIZE, today’s pre-BLA recommendation is positive BUT FDA never said “50% approval probability” ... that percentage is yours not theirs. Do the REAL math ! 😉
