The Retail segment deals with the mail-order and direct sales of gardening and landscaping products. The Others segment includes private and government landscaping works, insurance agency, greenhouse, agricultural facilities and temporary staffing services. The company was founded by Takeo Sakata in July 1913 and is headquartered in Yokohama, Japan.
