$VMAR I emailed investor relations and got a phone call response in under 48 hours. Essentially was told that the deal IS still moving forward, but there are many legal items to protect both parties involved and they are under an NDA. And thus cannot disclose any information regarding the deal. But the person I spoke with clearly stated that the deal is currently moving forward has planned and they will announce more details ASAP.
