$WKSP Rossi, why the hell can't you do or say anything to help your shareholders!!??? It's getting ridiculous!!! NO RS!!! Cut your pay!!! No bonuses!!! Reduce your shares!!! Give us a reason to hold, otherwise investors will go where they can make some money instead of constantly bleeding out!!!

Doesn’t matter. most investors will never come close to breaking even! but no worries, Rossi and his family will buy cheap shares and give themselves bonuses, pay raises ect!!! offer his buddies .60 shares when this was $4 a year ago!!! no worries again….the run rate!! metrics are good!!! sales are good!!! tariffs, investors at $1.20!!!! all fucking bullshit!!! $WKSP trading at 1/3 of book. Revenue increasing incrementally each quarter. 4th quarter should break even.

$WKSP I cannot emphasize strongly enough to those who were not here before the last R/S, they are not something a shareholder will ever recover from. The last R/S actually seemed like it might not occur, this one is mathematically very likely. Honestly, there are much better stocks to invest in, take some time and find them. Oh, and by the way before the last R/S Rossi Said "R/S is a dirty word around here, we have no intention of doing an R/S" (Paraphrase slightly). The truth is this, this company and leadership are pretty shitty and have nothing to control them(like an actual BOD) to limit their lesser impulses. The only advice I can offer is that all WKSP shareholder need to demand no RS, threaten lawsuits, threaten dumping stock, post on this site, x, investor hub and yahoo finance and let Rossi hear your voice....before Rossi blocks you if he can :)

$WKSP The truth is this September numbers will not help to get this company's revenues anywhere near their stated revenue estimates. That is because their estimate was a ***...it was an alleged overestimation to raise SP. If you trust this company to do anything other than dillute and R/S you are fooling yourselves or trying to fool others.

$WKSP This is lost money. 10% chance this hits $1.00 without an R/S. Communication for WKSP is irrelevant drivel (Run Rates) or non-existant. Truthfully, NASDAQ should never have allowed this company to R/S to get in. This company has hurt so many investors, it wont balance out....ever. Only people making money Rossi, Family, Shorters. Who lost money? Every investor after initial pump, all warrant holders, all institutions. NOT GOOD. Unless major change occurs Rossi will R/S again and continue to scam, look for a new batch of suckers.

$WKSP there is no saving this company I got out at 0.4004 cents with a 3000$ loss glad i did now. I just feel sorry for people who bought in when this was 1$ + Rossi couldn't run a bath never mind a company ....

$WKSP solid company, poor management. Needs to hit profitability soon, if they can I can see a big rebound in the stock price.

$WKSP I guess some investors feel Worksport as a company will not be successful and others just short stocks that are not profitable yet. Well, they are already successfully manufacturing quality highly respected tonneau covers and show increasing sales monthly. The problem is that some investors expected quick sales of WKSP’s energy products and that has not happened. I am ok with just the increasing tonneau cover revenue. The energy products will sell over time. The Solis cover is very competitive and could show significant sales in 2027. Today’s high cost of oil, gas and electricity will help move Solis and Core. Heat pump installations can be expensive and require longer term commitment by buyers. If it is as good as stated, it will sell over time but it’s not easy to crack into the home heating market. At .40 the stock price is ridiculously low. I will continue to add small amounts of the stock because the opportunity that the stock could rise 5 to 10 times within a year.

$WKSP Good new in the press release! Worksport just need to keep inceasing sales and maintain profit margins. The stock price will increase quickly when investors feel confident about positive cash flow.

$WKSP Rossi = Worst NASDAQ CEO? Looking at this stock on a daily basis makes me shake my head and roll my eyes over and over again. Such a disappointment after so much potential.

$WKSP let’s all be honest here, the stock will be delisted next year. Rossi is going to have to pay people back in cash versus the people that are liquidating for the loans they gave.

$WKSP Sales up 8 months straight (Jan $0.94M to Aug $2.34M), record $2.92M in August orders, and Q2 burn cut 58% vs Q1. Aluminum is down ~20% since June, which helps margin. Nexus debuted at the Keystone show in March. Is a new cover coming at SEMA? And what’s the Sept 30 cash balance? Both should be answered at the Oct 30 town hall.
