$WKSP They have until Feb. 9th to regain compliance, then a six month extension. They have essentially until next August before they even have to consider a RS. They also stated they expect to be cash flow positive by the end of the year. Honestly, I'm frustrated, but I do think this will regain compliance organically.

$WKSP Mean while back in China the same heat pump technology has been perfected, tested and commercialized. All the while Worksport has frittered away more than a year with nothing to show for it. They might as well sell the patents to a company that can commercialize the product and has the factories and distribution channels in place. Worksport is playing with mega companies and losing badly. Its time to realize this and take what they can get before the banks come calling. His investors have dried up. Looks like a death spiral at this point.
