$XLU added a few more today, and am at a traditional full allocation for my portfolio. Just a 28 RSI now, which is an incredible risk/reward opportunity.

Utes are sitting just under Peak Put after a 15% slide off the mid-summer high. Gave back the entire 2022 breakout after failing the 161.8% extension of the 2022 high to the 2023 low. $XLU
