$BKR Their turbins seem to be in high demand. Anylist thinks the aquisition of chart industries will create problems. I disagree bwtfdik

Morgan Stanley analyst Joe Laetsch named Baker Hughes his top pick in energy services and equipment, with a $70 price target following the company’s participation in the firm’s Laguna Beach Industrials conference. The bullish view centers on the integration of Chart Industries, expanding energy opportunities and Baker Hughes’ resilient oilfield services and equipment portfolio. The Chart integration is expected to generate $325 million in cost synergies in the second half of 2028, with about 75% allocated to Gas Technology and Lifecycle Services. Management attributed recent margin weakness to product mix and execution issues, which Laetsch considers addressable. Baker Hughes targets 22%-23% margins by 2H 2028 and expects orders to accelerate from 2027 onward. Management also reiterated expectations for roughly 3-4x revenue growth in its energy business by 2029 versus 2025, supported by capacity investments and Chart’s expansion into data-center markets. $BKR

$BKR This price swoon is irrational relative to the strength and prospects for BKR business growth. The only thing I see underlying is Saudi Aramco sales revenue being throttled by Iran and Houthis activities. While KSA is a hugely important customer, the demand for what BKR provides to KSA should not be affected much if anything at all. This is basically your $80 stock.
