$CLDX If I were Novartis and barzolvolimab gets FDA approval I would immediately buy this company and create a bispecific using the binding sites of remibrutinib and barzo to target both cellular drives of CSU; that is, plasma cells producing the pathogenic IgG/IgE and the mast cells responding to it. Could be a good opportunity for Sanofi too if they wanted to pair something with their oral BTK.
