After it spun-off HarvestLLC, the core business is pure medical (and 280E clear), while making the whole structure 80% 280E clear without real dependence on IRS guidance. Almost everybody else in the major $MSOS holdings is 0% 280E clear (they are still entirely mixed businesses). So, the ALJ uncertainty affects others by 100% but Trulieve only by 20%. Huge difference ! This drop is pure over-reaction.

$TRLV $GTBIF $CURLF All 3 of these Cannabis Companies are working off of the same business model, and each currently have their own strengths and weaknesses (or pros and cons if you prefer). I like TRLV for it's market share in Florida, and the fact that TRLV is already uplisted. GTBIF has the best balance sheet by far and GTBIF is built for the long haul. CURLF is aggressively expanding through acquisitions (ACB is the current one). But if I had to hold onto only 1, it would be GTBIF. At under $7/share, GTBIF is currently on-sale.
