At the moment the big headline over the company is failed topline with a post hoc rescue thesis. I think the path forward could be anything from an NDA filing with a post approval confirmatory study to a full fledged expensive and lengthy phase 3 study that will require dilution.  The FDA gets to decide what they need Lipocine to do next

Until we hear from the FDA I&#39;m not surprised the market is pricing things this way.  I&#39;m expecting things to work out in the long term, and just ignoring the price for now.
