@BHWinehouse To my knowledge the  current float is around 7m, outstanding warrants are another 7m….So around 14m shares fully diluted…1,6b in mc/valuation would therefore equal around 115$ a share…Am I missing something here? Besides that I‘d be fine with 53$ a share too, realistically a buyout probably will be somewhere between 45-90$ imho, obviously we need great Ph3 results for that….Biggest problem is their cash situation, I doubt they‘ll have a lot of leverage in negotiations because of that🤷
