Existing validator Circle anchors stablecoin issuance with USDC, while Talos delivers trading technology and on-chain analytics focused on post-trade validation.&nbsp; Chainlink provides oracle services and CCIP to enable secure cross-chain interoperability, powering swaps between central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) in Hong Kong and Australia.As a super validator, Visa said it is looking to be more than a passive participant, with voting power over network decisions. It will also help verify transactions and contribute to the governance of core infrastructure.&nbsp;"Many banks see the lack of privacy as a dealbreaker for moving meaningful activity onchain," said Rubail Birwadker, Visa's Global Head of Growth Products and Strategic Partnerships. It was launched in 2023 by Digital Asset and is backed by Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, DTCC, and others.&nbsp;"Visa's participation as a Super Validator reinforces that this technology has matured beyond experimentation and into production‑ready infrastructure," said Eric Saraniecki, Head of Network Strategy for Digital Asset, the firm that co-created Canton.
