Cardano was founded in 2017 by Charles Hoskinson, who previously helped create Ethereum. Hoskinson leads Input Output Global (IOG), the technology company that builds and maintains Cardano's core software. The ecosystem operates through three organizations: IOG handles technical development, the Cardano Foundation promotes adoption and standardization, and Emurgo helps businesses integrate blockchain technology into their operations. This structure distributes responsibilities across multiple groups rather than concentrating control in a single entity. $SONM 10Q due in a little over 24hrs. As a shell guy these are the top 3 points I like to look over.  
1. Ending cash on hand March 31: Why I view this close to the floor?  As they have sold all the revenue assets, shareholders have more rights than normal over management. The &quot;Revlon Duties Case&quot; really puts a timeframe of time for management to get things done... They cant just pay salaries indefinitely. Note we are not there yet, but is always a thing I look at. If we are in the same spot for 2 quarter 10Q this will be a much larger factor.  
2. Risk factors: there are normally telling factors in here that point the directions on where we go.  
3. Burn rate: I put less importance on this and would be hard to figure out as the sale happened in this Q. Still this relates to point number 1.
