What are the total number of both kinds of warrants likely that were created in the last Sarborg deal? 
 
The Sarborg transaction created only one class of warrant: pre-funded warrants. The headline figures were: 
 
598,006 common shares 
109,978,918 pre-funded warrants (exercise price $0.0001/share) 
 
However, there is an important development: 
 
Following shareholder approval, many of those pre-funded warrants were exercised on a cashless basis in March 2026. 
 
So, as of today, I would not assume there are still 109.98 million pre-funded warrants outstanding. A substantial portion—and possibly nearly all—appear to have been converted into common shares after approval. 
 
Traditional warrants from the Sarborg deal: 0 
Remaining pre-funded warrants from the Sarborg deal: Likely close to 0

Part 2 
How many new shares from that? 
 
Assuming the 109,978,918 pre-funded warrants were fully exercised and adjusting for the subsequent 1-for-25 reverse split, the math is: 
 
109,978,918 pre-funded warrants ÷ 25 ≈ 4,399,157 new common shares 
598,006 issued common shares ÷ 25 ≈ 23,920 common shares 
 
Total new common shares created (post-split equivalent): 
 
≈ 4.42 million shares 
 
That figure is notable because it is very close to the ~4.72 million common shares outstanding referenced in the later Schedule 13D/A, suggesting that most or all of the pre-funded warrants from the Sarborg transaction had likely been converted into common stock by then. That is an inference based on the timing and share counts, not an explicit statement by the company. 
 
No new dilution is expect until after the 10 Q? 
 
My view: Yes, that is the more likely scenario. 
 
My estimates: 
 
No material new dilution before the 10-Q: 80% 
Material dilution before the 10-Q: 20%

Filing the 10-Q first would reduce uncertainty and likely improve financing flexibility. 
If the current common share count is indeed around 4.7–4.9 million, management may prefer to preserve that cleaner capital structure until updated financials are public. 
 
The main exception would be if the 10-Q reveals that CDT&#39;s cash position is substantially weaker than investors currently expect. 
 
So my base case remains: 
 
10-Q first, then management decides whether additional capital is needed.
