@DRJ69 yes I believe stripe will offer up at least $70 but even $70 is still not convincing enough I believe for board to accept it..$75 is more likely acceptable..but at that range it can smoke out a second bidder.

@DORITOBOI My opinion only, I think it is worth at least a PE of 15-16,  which would place the value at around $85-90 or so.  They are very profitable, maybe not growing as fast anymore and they I think have been purchasing their stock back as well.  Some of their various parts of their businesses are doing well, and some have really slowed down.

@DRJ69 I totally agree but for this buyout from stripe I don’t see them paying this much…woukd be great if they did…maybe bidding war might get us there, but alone 1 bidding will be hard..but I pray ur value gets the win!

@DORITOBOI I think maybe another buyer could come in.  I do not see the current bidders spending 85-90 bucks per share.  PYPL is very profitable, no reason to sell at a low price.  They have a new CEO
