Just got filled on more $MITT 
 , hard to understand why it&#39;s getting hit today further when other reits are bid with the 10 yr, they just announced the same dividend showing strength in their earnings, book value holding well &amp; higher than Q1 at $10 pps not eroding over time and fundamentally they are the least leveraged reit in mREIT land. 
 
Does the least levered REIT trading at only 60% of book value deserve to be trading at a covered 15%+ stripped yield going into an accretive merger with $CHMI ?  I don&#39;t think so.

 , hard to understand why it's getting hit today further when other reits are bid with the 10 yr, they just announced the same dividend showing strength in their earnings, book value holding well & higher than Q1 at $10 pps not eroding over time and fundamentally they are the least leveraged reit in mREIT land.
