They have helped out by providing more accesdability via its cloud offering but the neuromrphic industry as a whole needs more  standards, policies and procedures. The company needs to execute with significantly higher rev numbers. Finally, they need to eventually move to a larger exchange with audited financials to access American investors who currently pay $50 to buy this adr. Whel level 2 trading was available to the general public it over 26 yrs ago it cost that then dropped dramatically to eventually codt 0 for retail
