StarkNet is a permissionless decentralized Layer 2 (L2) validity rollup, built to allow Ethereum to scale via cryptographic protocols called STARKs, without compromising Ethereum’s core principles of decentralization, transparency, inclusivity and security. The StarkNet Token is needed to operate the ecosystem, maintain and secure it, decide on its values and strategic goals, and direct its evolution. This token will be required for (i) governance, (ii) payment of transaction fees on StarkNet, and (iii) participation in StarkNet’s consensus mechanism.

Starknet

StarkWare CEO Eli Ben-Sassons warning about a potentially nearer-than-expected quantum threat, combined with discussion of Starknet considering a shift from Ethereum L2 to an independent quantum-resistant L1, is driving attention to STRK. Traders are highlighting the narrative and rising momentum, while others caution that the sharp rally could invite profit-taking or reverse.

Onyxcoin

Onyxs transition of Chains technology and services into its ecosystem, alongside its neobank, payments, and wallet plans, is fueling interest in XCN; traders are also reacting to a price rebound and speculating about further announcements or adoption, none of which is confirmed. Bullish accumulation and breakout talk is tempered by concerns about weak volume, fading gains, and pump-and-dump behavior.
