$ATHE The following paragraphs sums up their position. Key words are "continues to evaluate", "ongoing discussions with a number of pharmaceutical companies", "progressing", "assistance of external advisor". These are constructive statements being used. They are not simply saying they are considering or looking into partnership opportunities but rather they continue to stay engaged in ongoing discussions which is constructive. I think they prefer a partnership over dilution because CEO did mention in the October Fireside Chat that they are not supportive of dilution because of Management's "angst" towards issuing more shares.

@GA09 While fear is definitely impacting my position, I have a gut feeling the bottom is and we're in for nice surprise.

@Joeyohis I share the pain!!!! Wasn't expecting this to go to $2.00!!!!! IMHO, going alone to a Phase 3 trial will be challenging vs partnering with a pharma company with an already establised infrastructure and networks and if the pharam company is looking to diversify their CNS portfolio (example JNJ whcih acquired ITCI for $15B) and having the experience of carrying out a Phase 3 trial and getting drugs approved by the FDA at a faster pace. ATHE is aware that the longer they wait, the more harm to existing patients who need 434 for their treatment. We should be hearing soon since they have been having "ongoing discussions" for almost 3 months (that I am aware of). This could be the bottom and we wake up to nice surprise one morning on ATHE securing a lucrative partnership with pharma (the likes of AZN, NVS, JNJ, LLY, PFE, BMY, etc.).
